          Jordan, another world… This was my first contact with the Arabic world, and I can honestly say that Jordan was clearly another planet for me. Situated in Western Asia, the semi-arid country of Jordan is the home of only 10 million people. Most of them are Muslims, but there are also Christian minorities who are usually refugees from neighboring countries in conflict (Palestina/Israel, Syria, Iraq).          Religion           In your time here, you will see many men praying wherever and whenever.           The new vacation finally came. We booked our new adventure in the first half of August in the most popular of the Canary Islands – Tenerife. It was a great experience and I shall share it with you. I will detail every experience in the upcoming articles. But for now, I will sum up below some of the important and necessary aspects I personally encountered in this vacation.           Weather           We had the accommodation in the northern part of the island, in Puerto de la Cruz. A very important aspect when you choose a vacation in Tenerife is where would you like your accommodation to be; north or south. The north side of the island is usually cloudy and foggy, and right after a few kilometers of driving south to Santa Cruz de Tenerife, there is clear blue sky.           *****Travel conditions*****           Given the actual situation with Covid restrictions, the entrance in Madeira is conditioned by the completion of the epidemiological questionnaire which must be filled 12 up to 48 hours before boarding in the plane.           The other documents regarding Portugal entrance, can be found here (IC / passport, Covid vaccination certificate / Covid test), or by visiting your local Ministry of Foreign Affairs site, searching Madeira.           *****Transport*****           Being an island, it’s very hard to get vehicles.
